Description
Ages 18+Start your morning with Yoga. This class will feature a warm up, slow flow, balances and cool down.
PLEASE NOTE: The instructor will contact you prior to the first class to provide you with the Zoom Link for the class.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing, use a yoga mat and water bottle.
Resident: $30.00Non-Resident: $42.00 beginning May 20

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and are non-refundable.
